Coronavirus update. In the UK we are on certain restricted movements, but the postal service carries on. Luckily I am near my local Post Office, and intend to carry on posting, obviously within guidelines and in a social distancing way! Please bear in mind there may be delays, and things may take a bit longer than normal.
Liven up your book shelf with this book nook shelf insert. A Harry Potter inspired theme her, with a Wizard in his den. There are 4 LED fairy lights in the ceiling, 2 on the floor, and 4 are lighting the photo from behind, and it really glows when turned on in the dark, these are bright white lights. The Wizard figure is surrounded by a photo quality image of a Wizards den. There are pin pricks allowing light to shine through the candles, 2 silver light globes with lights on the floor, and a mysterious jar with a skull on its lid, and a mask on its front.
The battery pack is attached at the back for ease of changing the batteries, and the switch is at the top of the book at the end of the spine.
The book is black , and measures almost 9 1/2″ tall, the book is just over 6″ deep, almost 71/4″ including battery pack, 6″ wide at the front then tapers towards the back. It uses 2 AA batteries.
Hand crafted by me, taking quite a few hours, and made from upcycled books, so please allow for minor blemishes on the outside of the book. Yes I treasure books but lots of unwanted hardback books end up in landfill as they can’t be recycled. Rest assured the pages from the books I use have been removed from the spine, and recycled.
